Yes, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. If you arrive on the day without a reservation, the boat could be fully booked, and you may miss out on the cruise.
The starting point for our cruises is at Bugibba Jetty, Dawret Il-Gzejjer. For day cruises, boarding begins at 8:30am and closes at 8:50am, with departure at 9:00am sharp. For our afternoon/ sunset cruises, boarding begins at 3:00pm and closes at 3:10pm, with departure at 3:15pm sharp. We will NOT wait for late passengers, its unfair to the guests who arrive on time and disrupts the strict schedule we have. Please arrive ontime.
The Blue Lagoon is a popular destination, so it can get crowded, especially during peak season. We recommend visiting early in the day to avoid the crowds. No, we run on a very strict time schedule to ensure our tours operate smoothly. We advise you to be at the boat 30 minutes before departure as we cannot hold the boat.
We accept various payment methods for online bookings. Cancellations made 24 hours before the cruise will receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice and no refund will be issued. Please note that we do not accept card payments on the boat, only cash or Revolut at our snack bar.
Refunds are given for bad weather on the captain's orders and if the boat does not reach the tour capacity. Clients will lose their deposit if they choose to cancel on their own accord.
