Seasonal: our group cruises run from April to November, weather permitting. We are closed from December to March. Discover the beauty of Malta’s coastline and Comino on a scenic boat cruise with Mermaid Cruises, departing from Bugibba Jetty. Cruise along Malta’s northern coastline, admiring its stunning Mediterranean scenery and exploring coastal sea caves along the way. The highlight of the cruise is the famous Blue Lagoon on Comino, renowned for its remarkably clear turquoise waters. Enjoy a one-hour stop where you can swim, snorkel, jump into the sea from the boat, relax onboard or explore Comino on foot. Next stop Santa Maria Bay Comino, the secluded less busy bay of the island of Comino enjoy time at the sandy beach here for roughly 1.5 hours to swim or explore the island by foot. The boat remains berthed during both stops, allowing you to enjoy the island and its surroundings at your own pace. Onboard facilities include a snack bar and toilets. The cruise continues past Mġarr Harbour on Gozo. On the return journey, cruise through the Comino Channel and admire additional sea caves, including the Crystal Lagoon or St Mary’s Caves, depending on weather and sea conditions. Important Information Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure. The cruise operates on either the Mermaid, a blue, white and red boat, or Mermaid Cruises – Theodoros, a red boat. Cave routes and some stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
